Badge Commissions

You can pick it up Sunday, January 15th 2023 at my table in the Artist Alley. I'm willing to ship badges for $6 but I'm prioritizing commissions from customers who will pick up at con. I'll rework this into a general commission page.

Digital and Traditional Badges

  • Digital: Commissioner receives a high res 300 dpi flattened .png for personal use and physical badge sealed in a hot thermal laminate pouch holepunched on top with an anodized colored clasp.

  • Traditional: I will not offer revisions for these so please have clear references. Commissions ordered before con have all the same specs as digital (thermal laminated, holepunched with clasp). At con commissions will have a oilslick cold laminate applied to the front, backed on a solid pastel color paper.

  • The front of the badge can include your fursona's name, pronouns or something else.

  • Back of the badge can include your socials with pastel solid colored paper (or patterned if ordered before con.)

Terms of Service

  • Payment: Must be paid in full and must be made within 36 hours of being selected for a commission and invoiced or I'll move on. I do not start on artwork until payment has been made. Paypal invoice is the default but I can also take other forms of payment like cash/Square/Venmo at con.

  • Revisions for digital art badge: After I send you the sketch, you can request revisions up to two times, any additional major edits past the drafting stage will cost $5 and up depending on the nature of the change. Once you approve lineart and I move on, you may not request any further changes. After I send you the colored/flat piece, you can request color corrections, however I will not be responsible for the physical badge printed colors if the requested color corrections are outside the CMYK color range.

  • You must provide an accurate enough reference image to me for your badge before I agree to the commission. If anything about your sona's design is unclear due to your reference images or ref sheets, and you did not adequately explain what you would like drawn, any error on my part in producing an accurate depiction of your sona will incur a fee to fix if not caught before the digital lineart stage, and cannot be redone or corrected if traditional. Traditional badges are created completely by hand and there is no undo button. I cannot make changes to the art once I have begun. You will need to pay for me to redo it in such a case, and I may not accept your commission again.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only available if: 1) I haven't started the art yet. 2) If I haven't completed your artwork six months from when I started.

• These are personal commissions: I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion while I will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design unless otherwise agreed upon. You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me. You may not claim my work as your own.
• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. My signature will remain on the back of the physical badges and in the corner of the flattened .png
• I do not authorize my art to be used for AI or NFT adjacent projects.
